Hunt group voicemail 2

Hi, I'm not a professional user, I am just doing some config without getting a huge bill from BT - so please don't tell me to hire a consultant!

We have two DDIs which were set up when the system was installed originally. They both have voicemail, which I access on our 1416 handsets by going into the Visual Voicemail screen, and selecting the message I want to hear.

I have now set up a third DDI, which works fine, and it has its own hunt group, with a voicemail. The problem is, I don't know how to access this voicemail box, when I go into the visual VM screen on the phones, it has the original two DDI voicemail boxes listed, but not the new, one. I have been all through IP Office Manager, and I can't for the life of me see where to configure the phones to be able to access this new voicemail.

If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it. Thanks,
 
Go into Manager to the user settings > Sourcenumeber and add a entry like H<3th groupname> and V<3th groupnumber>.
It should already be in place for the existing groups.
 
To activate visual voice for a group mailbox you need to add H<groupname> in each users source numbers.

to be able to change the greeting you will alos need to ad a shortcode to access the VM box


Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

I did, although I hadn't realised I needed to click the confirm button, which I've now done
