Hunt Group Voice Mail Answer Time 3.2??

Hi Guys, come across a system that is still at 3.2, how do you set the voice mail answer time for a hunt group? Queueing is on, client wants calls to queue for 4 mins then go to hunt group voice mail. For the life of me, I can't remember how to set this, anyone remember????

I think the no answer timer is the time it rings the first extension in the queue before presenting to the next extension in the queue.

It is a fixed time which cannot be changed in Manager.
You could do something with still queued, system variables and call variables to measure the time the caller is waiting and after 4 minutes waiting invoke some kind of action.
 
Before they brought in the Voicemail Answer time (R4.0??) this was a bit of a guessing game playing with the no answer timers and such. Never did really figure it out totally!!!!

Using VM Pro as Intrigrant suggested is a good call.
