I have been looking but cannot seem to find an answer to a question a customer asked me. They want to use a EU24 on a 5420 phone to have a manager monitor the agent status on whether they are logging into their HGs or not. They want 1 manager to monitor 2 HGs. What they want is for the EU to show when the agent is logged into their HG Queue. Is this possible?

The only way I have ever done this was to use BT huntgroup view.
Itel were the company that originally introduced the software.

They other way was to allow the manager to monitor the group.

But I don’t think you can just see if the users are logged in.
You can monitor and listen the user in the queue

Even if the IP Office developers could do that they wouldn't be allowed. Avaya make a lot of revenue from their contact center apps, so even though the IP Office is doing all the call handling work, having a feature such as real-time reporting the group membership status would be seen as treading on contact center territory. You'll only get something like that in IPOCC, ACCS or as snowman50 says, a third-party app.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
