Hunt group toT1 trunk

We need to send our dictation hunt group to a T1 installed in a server. Can someone give me a example this would be setup if it can be. We are running CM 5.2

I'm assuming you are trying to pass calls from one system (your PBX) to another ("dictation server").

Do you know specifics of what type of T1's this server can take?

I imagine you would first need to perform:

add ds1 XXvXX
add trunk-group XX


Once you have that up and running, you need to send calls to it.

You should have an integration document.

Add your stations type DS1FD, each station will need a port on the DS1 board. Add stations to the hunt-group.

Likely you'll be using 24 stations of a type ds1fd. You'll just add the 24 stations to a hunt group. No trunk group will be needed. You'll still need to "add ds1 xxx" before adding the stations.

Thanks for the information, I have it setup with ds1fd stations then added station to hut group, working great had problem with setup in server when lines were not working. Thanks again.
