hunt group to VMPro

IPO v2 VMPro v2,
we separated out two copper lines for a dedicated application. The two ports point to incoming call ID 2, which is now set to go to a hunt group x8000. HuntGroup has two physical users. I call 8000 and it rings both phones but goes back to voicemail and answers with the AutoAttn. I can not seem to get it to play VMbox 8000's greeting. Calls to the copper lines act the same way.
Any Ideas?

So you've got an entry in the Groups section of VMPro with the exact same name? (Case sensitive remember : )

And is the AA a custom VM short code?


 
I kept banging my head against this (and having problems with messages disappearing) so I finally restarted the Voicemail Pro service (& VMProDB service for good measure) and it started acting right.
