Hey Guys,

Customer has a BCM 400 v4.0.

I have set up a target line for a DDI/DID call to ring on reception phone. I have set up a broadcast hunt group with 3 members in it. The busy/no answer on the reception phone is set to ring on the hunt group and if no answer on the hunt group the call will drop into the reception mailbox. This routing works fine.

I can adjust the number of rings for no answer on the reception phone but this also effects the number of rings at the hunt group. i.e. 4 rings at reception phone 2 rings at hunt group. Or 3 rings at reception and 3 at hunt group etc.
Where can I change the timer so it can ring at reception for 4 rings AND then 4 rings at the hunt group before dropping into the reception mailbox?

There must be a timer somewhere.....I just can't find it.

Any help much appreciated

Cheers,

MS
