We have Pool 1 and Pool 2(fax) in which there are 6 lines. Anybody can use those line. Pool 1 Lines can be access by pressing first button. Pool to assigned to second button.
I was trying to play with the hunt groups. I added 3 extensions to HG01:707. After adding 3 extensions and assigned to a CCR tree. When I try to access the First button, it showing only for incoming. I cannot make outside calls. Then I removed those extensions from the HG01:707. Now when I press first button it showing pickup denied. I can make calls only using second button. I don't want to use second btton as it is for fax.
How to fix this.
