Have a customer with a Mitel 5000 that has a hunt group that they want to ring busy when no one is available. Right now you get a Mitel msg stating "Ext 2000 is unavailable".

I can't locate where this can be changed.

announcement = none
camp-ons allowed = no
overflow = none
recall = none

Actually, I believe you've programmed call routing to go to voicemail when busy.

Nothing else would produce the message.

According to your post, your settings are correct. How are the calls routed to the Hunt group?

DID to CRA then to hunt group 2000. For whatever reason the customer doesn't want camp ons and just want it to ring busy if nobody is available to take the call.

I tried to get them to overflow or recall to a CRA/Phantom with VM and set up a message that says no one is available, but they don't want that.

Thanks

Create an extension ID for the Hunt Group. Disable "Auto Attendant Transfer Prompt".
