Hunt Group Recording

Dear all,

I'am using IPO 406v2 version (4.1 12).

I have a problem on recording huntgroups. I set to record Hunt Group in Administrator, but with no success. All i could do was to set recording on incomming call route. Anyone had the same probles? Any ideas whay hunt group recording is not working?

If i was you i would just set the recording on a per user basis its much easier more flexible. If you only want to record people in that hunt group only set it up for them.

*Dont do both however it duplicates everything into different archive folders using up your HD twice as fast*

what destination have you set for recording?

I am using VoicemailPro and for destination folder i have set a huntgroup folder
