Hunt Group Question 3

I have a hunt group that doesnt seem to roll over , do i need to delete and re-create this group or can i just edit it , if so how , ie LD number , commands

roll over is not a defined term in the nortel ntp, doese it hunt on busy? if so you may need to add fna to class and fdn to the next number in the hunt chain, then it will follow the same pattern on no answer as busy

If you have HTA and FNA enabled in the Class of Service then it should "rollover" with no problem. However, if you are not using HTA or FNA on 2000 series phones you need to make sure that FBA is defined.

LD 20 COS FNA, HTA or FBA.

i have never in 30 years used fba for an reason other then forwarding to the att...fyi
