I have created a RRB hunt group wich contains 4 number.
The idea is to loadbalance incomming calls to 4 different persons.
This works all fine but this is what I would like to change.

If the person doesn't answer the phone, the hunt group will automaticaly go to the next number in the hunt group. This would mean, if nobody is there (for example: at night) the caller doesn't get anyone on the phone. Not even a voicemail system.

What I want is: instead of going to the next number in the hunt group, I want the call to go to the voicemail. Is this posible?

I think you have to set up another Linear hunt group with first hunt group pilot number and vmail as the only members.

That would work.

set up another hunt group ie 2222 an set it as a linear

thi pilot (2222) would have 2 members:

1 = your round robin hunt group pilot
2 = your vmail access number

The calls would always go to the first entry ie your round robin UNLESS no one was available in which case it would go to vmail

Hope this helps

But what happends when the people are not at their desk? And they are still part of the group?

Can't I send their calls to their personal voicemails?

phonedude.... the fna allready is pointing to the voicemail

you can give them a GHD key to log/in out of the group, or DND(they have to use it tho!)
also try the setting in LD 57 for group hunting calls to follow-not ignore "Call forward all calls" which can be forwarded to vmail by the last to leave.

Does the calls come in via DID number? If they do and there is a console that puts the company in and out of nights. Then you could build a IDC table for night mode and route the calls that way. When the console goes into nights then the calls could go to vmail. Just a thought.
