Hunt Group Question

Quick one for everybody.

I have a DN-5206260, and I currently have it routed over two analog lines into a Vesta System. Is it possible to create a group for this DN, that will allow one line to be taken, and then another line to be open in case someone calls in the same number? Currently once 5206260 is called, it rings busy when dialing 5206260 again.

quite a few ways to do it depending what result you are looking for. If you just want both phones to ring for every call config DN Key 0 as MCR with same number on both set. First call both sets ring, second call the other set rings.

You can do it with multiple SCR keys so say both sets have key 0 scr 5206260, and key 1 scr 520xxxx, cls HTA, and LHK 1. first call both phones ring on key 0, second call other set rings on key 1.

If you want to share the calls and overflow the 5206260 is PLDN of a RRB hunt group and add the DN of each phone as members of that group.

If you always want 1 set to ring and overflow to second set then CLS HTA FNA, and set the FDN/HUNT to the DN of the second set.
