Hello,
I have a request to configure a fax line to roll over to another line when busy and vice versa. I am looking for some help on how to go about configuring this scenario in CM 4.x

in the line configuration of the fax forward it on busy or no answer to the other fax and vice versa.

how is the fax setup? ATA? or FXS? really doesnt matter, the proccses is the same. On the DN of the either the ATA or FXS set the forwards to the other fax number.
Then when it is busy it will roll to the other and if that one is busy it will roll back. I added time to the No Answer Ring Duration (seconds) since default rings are only 4.
