Hunt Group Question

I am going to do my best to explain my problem.

I have setup a Rotary HG with 5 Members. I have set up a DID to initiate the HG. However after 4 Rings i get a beep as if its going into a Mailbox.

I can't figure out where the call is going.

Any ideas?

I dial the HG locally then the HG works fine. Once i dial it from the outside is when i get the beep after 4 rings.

Any ideas would be great.

One of the phones has Forward to Vmail after 4 rings set, probally the first one.

That was not it. I found it. I had Prime set to the Vmail extension on the DID Line.

Check your programming for the HG. Hunt Group programming takes precedence over call forwarding. If, i.e, you have extension 200 as the overflow and it is forwarded to VM, then after the call has gone through the Hunt Group parameters the call would go straight to MB 200.
