Hunt Group Question

have 3 extns in a hunt group that is working as it should, if all users in HG are busy, fourth call returns busy tone.
What the customer is asking for is if one of the users is on an o/g call (via intercom key) and a call comes into the HG, can they receive busy tone.
Handsets are T7208, and all have key programmed for HG. At present, the user on an o/g call, their phone will still ring on the HG button.

Any ideas?
 
I have not been able to get this to work with out using standard call forwards on each extension. It seems to be if you do not answer a hunt group call and have a key for that hunt group the caller will not get busy tone. I know if you switch on DND they get busy tone but what a pain. If you find anything let me know.
