Hunt group question?

My callmanager is version is 4.1.3

Can someone please advise me on howto..
1. Setup a hunt group that allows a call comming in on ext. 1234 to ring for 12 seconds then

2. Ring ext. 4567 after 12 seconds the call broadcast to ext. 8910 and 1112 for 12 seconds then

3. If not answerd goto Voice mail on extension 1234.

any andvice would be greatfully recived

1- You would do this through the Forward Busy / Forward No Answer options on the DNs you listed. Change the settings for DN 1234 to Forward to 4567. You will also have to set the No Answer Ring Durration to 12 sec.
2- Remove DN 8910 and change it to a translation pattern, translating to 1112. Then add 1112 as a Shared Line appearance on the phones you want it boradcast to.
3- Set 4567 to Forward Busy/No Answer to 8910.
4- Then, as long as you have your voice mail profile setup correctly, it will roll back to the VM for 1234.

Use 2 Line Groups.

Line Group "A" set the RNA Reversion Timeout to 12 Seconds and add the extensions (4000, 4001, 4002..etc). Set the Distribution Algorithm to Circular, Top Down or Longest Idle Time. Then, select on No Answer/Busy, etc.. to "Try next memeber, then next Group in Hunt List

Line Group "B" Set the RNA Reversion Timeout to 12 Seconts. Select the "Broadcast" Dist. Algorithm and add your extensions.

***Add Both Line Groups to the same Hunt List with the A being first, B being second.

On the Hunt Pilot for 1234, set the destination Forward hunt No Answer/Busy to a route point that contains a VoiceMail profile for a valid voice mail box.
