I was just wondering is this the way it has always been on the BCM or is it something that has changed recently.
I have set up a hunt group as a broadcast,if busy queue, queue timer 180 , queue dn back to the hunt group. I have added 1 member to the hunt group (the DN is 417 and is set to ring only). The DN 417 has 4 intercom keys. I thought if I had the hunt group set as ring only to the extension that the calls would queue on the intercom keys. So in theory the caller should have the ability to stack 4 calls at there extension.
I was just wondering because if I am on a hunt group call and a second call comes in I get no indication that there is a call queueing.
