Hunt group priority

Have an issue where if users are members and logged into two hunt groups with queuing, calls will not be presented to their phones for the second hunt group until the queue is cleared for the first hunt group.

Is there a way to prioritize the hunt groups equally?

We are on 8.1(52) and VMPro.
 
OK so my ICR for this points directly to a VMPro module that says press 1 for customer service......which then transfers to a CCR agent hunt group where the call is queued.

On that same menu, you can press 9 for Spanish, and then press 1 for customer service. I setup an additional hunt group but only the Spanish speaking agents are members. Those members are part of both hunt groups.

It seems that if a call transfers to the Spanish speaking queue, that call won't get presented to the agents phone, until there are no calls left in the first queue.

No way around this??
 
Give the transfer for Spanish a higher priority on the transfer action itself.
