we have a clustered 3300 network with 3 switches there is a hunt group number 42100 on controller 1 with some users on controller 3 in the hunt group as well as on controller 1 what we need to be able to do is make the users on both switches to have the ability to make themselves absent from the hg, the users on controller 1 all can make themselves absent by using the group presence key programmed on there ip phones, but the users on controller 3 cannot make themselves absent from the group. Should the hunt group on controller 3 have the hg as the home element as controller 1 or 3, any ideas.....

Based on my quick review of the help files, presence across the cluster is supported.

This being the case, the next thing I would check would be to amke sure the Presence FAC's match and that the Feature DN is properly programmed in the cluster form.

The feature access codes and cluster feature DNs are all the same for all 3 switches, should the hunt group be programmed on controller 1 then using sds sync to controller 3 or can i manually programme the hunt group on controller 3.

Did you mean to say that the Feature DN's Are unique to each system and programmed accordingly in each system or are they in fact "The Same" as you stated?

The Hunt group only needs to be programmed on 1 switch.

The Feature DNs unique on the 3 switches, so should i remove the hunt group from controller 3.

Do you need the huntgroup to be resilient? Does the pilot Number automatically failover to the second system? If you answered NO to either of the above, remove the huntgroup from the second controller.
