Hi there would anyone have seen a hunt group/multiple DN/Pick Up/ACD group usage/comparison/advantage/disadvantage table?

I have lots of requests from different departments and this would make life easier to explain!

Cheers

Hunt groups means that a call is bounced from one extension to the next one in the table and that depends if the setup is the same extension each time or a different one for each call.

Multiple DN's are great for digital phones where you want more than one one to ring at a time and this can be assigned to a particular key, whilst still keeping your own DN on e.g. key "0". Setting it to MCR from SCR, means that more than one call can be rung on other phones that have the same MCR DN.

ACD is useful for distribution within the company and is handy when it's linked to database applications such as CC, IVR etc. Also different priorties (call trestment) can be given. ACD can be expensive, but like most things, it depends on what is required by the customer.
