Hunt Group overflow to vm problem

i have a taqrget line that is assigned to a hunt group that is setup as broadcast with overflow of 45 seconds to a set that has a vm box. If i call in after following the hunt group and set treatments i do not go to that phones mb i end up in the general delivery mb. I have bumped up the drt timer to 10 and the transfer callback to 12 rings just to make sure they are not my problem. if i setup call forwaqrd on busy on that overflow set and busy it out then call the number it works like a charm. what am i missing here. The line is not assigned to anything but the hunt group. any suggestions?

It takes the hunt group OLID to the call pilot not the extensions.

You can add the hunt group as the alternative extension of that mailbox and see if that works or you can create a mailbox with the huntgroup as the extension number.
