Can the hunt group order be changed?

It seems that the system followes no order, the hunt seems to start at different extension every time

Im trying to have incoming calls ring ex 10 then 15 then 12

is this possible or do have to change the users extension numbers?

Also can hunting numbers of rings be changed from 3 to 2

Docs say the group hunts for the first available. Sounds like you are looking for a linear group.

If you are asking if the number of rings before ringing a different extension can be changed then I believe the answer is no.

No, that's the way it works, can't do that through hunt groups, no/yes, and no. Thanks to you too!!


Station hunting on a Partner is Circular, from the lowest numbered extension to the highest, but it starts from the extension after the one that answered last.

If those incoming calls are not being directed to 10 via the auto attendant, just put Ext. 10 on Immediate Ring, Ext. 15 on Delayed Ring, and have 15 cover to 12 through Feature 20.
