I have 7 trunks in the middle of a T1 that are assigned to a calling group through pools. This calling group is backed up by a 15A digital announcer. When installed and tested it worked fine.
If no agents signed in, announcer would play primary and after timer secondary. If agent signed in, would place next callers in que. Worked the night of install and next day for demo to new group. Four days later, the channels are all coming busy when called directly or the primary number in the centrex hunt group. I reset and restored the card slot and that cleared the problem up. Three days later same problem. This calling group is not in service yet. All other trunks on this T are remaining functional and are in use.
Is this a programming problem, or centrex issue from provider?
