Have several users monitoring a hunt group number. THe hunt group was showing a call on hold when there was not one anymore. All of the phones monitoring the hunt group showed the call being there. If you pressed the key it would give the unpark option, but if you hit that you just got reorder tone which I am sure is because the call was long gone.
The only way I could get this to clear was to delete all appearances of the hunt group and then the hunt group itself and then rebuild. Any other ways to clear this or is this kinda like when the BB24 doesn;t update it;s status? An IPDS or IPTS service issue?
To me this is a SG level thing since it still shows the CLID info.
