hunt group not ringing

I have an IPO 406 ver 4.2. user 710 is the only member of a hunt group main. main is the incoming destination of 10 trunks. I have also line appearance on the butons set to no ring.The incoming calls are not ringing at the hunt group but signaled on the line appearance button. Is this normal? I need the line appearance and the incoming destination on that user phone. What to do?

change them to ring instead of not ring.

Or create 2 appereance keys for that user.
