hunt group metrics

My question is hunt group metrics via telset administration. It will always display a time and date when you view a hunt group's metrics. From my Norstar experience that time and date usually coincides with the last boot of the system. Is that also the case with the BCM 50 systems, or all BCM systems for that matter?

I don't have element manager access (no password) and I am trying to figure out if somebody is rebooting the BCM (which I believe they are).
