Any ideas why Hunt group members are getting disabled automatically?

We have seen this happening after a merge or a reboot.

Any insight to this would be appreciated.

What system, release of software are you running?

Do the users have the ability to log themselves out?

Do you have the "login idle time" set under the users telephony tab?

We do not use Phone Manager.

This is something in the IPO.

Let me clarify again what is happening.

When we open Manager and load a config then open our main hunt group, it shows all of us disabled. (The star next to our user name)

We enable them, save the config and everything seems to be fine. Then, for what ever reason when we need to perform a reboot of the IPO, the users are disabled.

Simple, A merged config is writen to ram not the flash memory (untill daily maintanence between 00:00 & 00:30)
a physical reboot will restore the config from flash & the config will revert to the prevoius version.

If you need to reboot I would sugest loading the config & sending it to the unit with a reboot when free/imediate.

Why are you needing to reboot anyway, this would be an indication of a larger problem
