Main number for company rings to a Single Member Collective Call Waiting Hunt Group. There is an Overflow Group setup. The hunt group has Fallback Night Service Destination that goes to an Auto-Attendant via a short code. The hunt group has a Fallback Out of Service Destination that goes to a different Auto-Attendant via a short code. The single member wants to be able to forward calls to another user's cell phone from time to time. I can't do Forward Unconditional because it is a Collective Hunt Group. Calls just go to the Overflow Group. If I make the Hunt Group Sequential, during normal operation, calls go to the Overflow group. The user wants to be able to answer multiple calls before they go to overflow so this is not a good setup. Any ideas?

Do you have VM Pro, and enough VM ports that incoming calls can be routed through a module before being routed to the Collective Call Waiting Group? If so, make another Group just for the purpose of getting that hunt group's status. Call comes into module, routing group is in Day mode, call rings to the original hunt group with its Night and Out Of Service controls as they are now. But if the routing group is set to Night Service, calls can bypass the group and go to the other user's cell phone directly, or they can bypass the original calling group and go the Operator who can forward the extension to the cell phone, or really any destination you want. And, you can also have a different destination if the routing group is placed OOS instead of NS
