Hunt Group Mailbox 1

I'm working on an IP Office 9.1 with voicemail pro. I have a hunt group set up, with all users of the hunt group set to get messages via visual voicemail. The issue is, when they they press the visual voicemail button, the see 1/2/0 at all times. Once they click on hunt group box, then they see the actual number of messages. I've tried to reset the phone and the voicemail server, with no luck. Is there some setting I'm missing?

You need to go the huntgroup mailbox to see the messages.

The first one you are seeing is the users mailbox.

 
Got this fixed. I ended up just deleting the group and re-creating it. Seeing the correct messages now.
