Have a BCM 50 Rls 2.0
Customer has 4 BRI lines ringing HG01. This HG has 2 extns (221 and 227). The HG is set for Broadcast, and if busy set to overflow to HG2.

What is happening is that when these 2 extns are busy, the calls do not overflow to HG2 until the 15 second timer has expired. We have tried all variations on the settings of the HG and still cannot get the i/c calls to go directly to the second group if the first 2 extns are busy.

Does anyone know of a way round this please?

No, busy with other calls, could that be the issue?

yes - i'd think so. I'll verify when i get a chance

If's station busy - cf busy settings come into effect
