Greetings:

I have a employee that is not in a specified hunt group that phone started ringing with the hunt group. I have checked the hunt group, etc.

Where to look now?

Best,

MM

Not a lot to go on here so random guess:

Do they have line appearances? Phones will ring due to a line appearance even if they are not in a group in the incoming call route.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

Take an Extension out of the group one by one and call it. Does the person not in the group ever not ring?

try using system monitor & system status to see exactly what is really happening.
both can log to a file
system status can also step through its log file so you can replay the event in question.

Thank you all for the help! I used the system monitor and system status to determine a user had a follow me to the user that was getting called. It was too simple and I should have caught that yesterday. The two employees work in two separate areas of the business so somehow they accidentally set this up.

Thanks again for all of the replies!
