Have a customer with a BCM400 running 3.6 software, up to date on software patches.
Their main number comes in to a hunt group with 10 members, these members are set to 'ring only' against the handsets.
What is happening is that if a member goes for a break, they set their handset to DND, but this stops all the other handsets ringing on a new incoming call. If the remove the DND on that specific handset, then the other handsets start ringing.
I have set the scenario up on my test equipment and I get the same outcome.
Does anyone know if this is design intent or could it be something more drastic.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance
