hunt group help

Dear gents - we have MD110 BC12 PABX and i created a hunt group with 9 members. it was working fine for several days. but lately the pilot extension i created 27000 is no longer ringing on the 9 members. I tried to do susip on the member extension and the state was reserved. how can i make this extension free? why is it on reserved stage? your advise will be helpful. thanks guys

Check this, the extensions may be excluded due to no answer

ASPAPARNUM=178;

If zero, set it to

ASPACARNUM=178, PARVAL=1;

I printed ASPAPARNUM=178. PARVAL and PARNUM was showed but no value. Can i do the ASPAC as you advised?
