We are having a problem with a hunt group that seems to be going into night service all by itself.
All the phones assigned to this hunt group have a button to "Set huntgroup to Night service". This is on button 7 of a 5410 so they would need to go to the second page to press it. So it does not seem likely that it is being pressed by accident.
Is there any other ways a hunt group can go to night mode? Or any way to track if someone is hitting the button?
