I have an Opt 61C with Rel 23. I have a fax server that has 24 lines going to it. I have the 1st line programmed to hunt to the second line and the sencond to the third and ect. The 24th line in the hunt is programmed to hunt back to the first line. This is the only way I can figure out how to make the hunt work.

Question: Is their a better way to do this? I have searched my books on hunts and have found the page that describes the different hunt types but I am unable to find where I programmed it at. I don't think it would be a feature package that I would need to purchase, but I do not know.
Any help would be great.

Thanks.

I take it that you are using analog lines, the hunting is setup on the TN's of the analog sets you have installed on your fax press.

I've setup my faxserver as follows:
I created a huntgroup via
LD 18
NEW
GHT
LSNO 1234
STOR 0 "1st DN"
STOR 1 "2nd DN"
..
STOR 23 "last DN"

and created 1 dialin number:
LD 57
CHG
FFC
PLDN 5678 dialin number
USE GPHT
LSNO 1234 use the created list
HTYP LIN start to hunt @ first member, Busy? then next
MQUE ALL use '0' for no waiting Queue
regs,
@win

I will try it out Tuesday when I get back to work.

Thanks. Steve

Well I figured out the problem. WhO ever bought this switch did not buy the hunting package. I will just have to do it the old way(poor mans hunt group).

Thanks for the help.
