Hi all,

The business where I work has a BCM-50 phone system currently implemented over ISDN line. BT originally installed it with around 20 handsets, however over time 20 more have been added. There appear to be 2 active lines, ‘Business Line A’ and ‘Business Line B’ with 2 respective Hunt Groups. All the old phones ring when ‘Business Line A’ is rung, however I require editing the Hunt Groups to have a mixture of old and new phones ring when this is called. I have tried editing the Hunt Groups but have had no success; if anyone could help or point me in the direction of some helpful material it would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks.

Hello Matt

I'm assuming that you use Element Manager to access your system?. You might have ISDN 2 or ISDN 30. Either way, go to Telephony, Lines and then active physical lines to find out out it's set up.

From there you should find out the line number or numbers. Also go to target lines in case your business lines come in via DDI numbers.

Finally go to Call Security and then hunt groups to look at how they relate to the lines. You should be able to view the current extensions and add/delete them within the groups created.

Contact me via the link below if you get stuck.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.
