Hunt Group Detailed Report by Each User? 1

Is there a way to view report on a hunt group that shows detailed data per user in that hunt group? We only have one with 5 users. I can run a summary report for the hunt group number, but management wants one that's more detailed. We're running 8.5.1.11900-21

No there is not unless you have a call accounting package that can do that with cdr records. What you are looking for is part of a contact center solution and not a hunt group. CCX will do what you are looking for.

We have CCX with a couple of contact centers and historical reporting and such. We also have that one hunt group. Why the powers that be decided not to add it to contact center I don't know...Thanks for your response.

Just move them to ccx and you can get the reports that management needs.
