Hunt group callwaiting 1

Hi all...

I have a customer with an IP406, on 4.1.9 using PRI for trunking. They have a DID number (incoming call route) that rings to hunt group, with 3 extensions. Main phone is a 5420 set, and callwaiting is enabled on the hunt group, it is a collective type HG.

Problem is, the callwaiting does a single ring, when receptionist is on a call, call comes in on her 2nd call appearance, and rings just once. The customer would like for a continuous ring to occur on that second call. Is that even a possibility with 406 on 4.1 SW load? Thanks in advance for your help.
 
go into the telephony tab of that user and change the selection from abbreviated to ring.

Thanks for the tip, I'm going to merge this change and have the customer test this afternoon. I'll reply back with results.
