I have a scenario that I'm trying to create a solution for. I'm trying to configure some of my hunt groups to ring members of the group on a second appearance if they are already on an active call. This would at least give them the option to take the call if no one else was still in the office for example. I realize that this seems counter-productive in getting the call answered however we often have times at the end of a day where there is only one user left in the office and I would like it if they were not missing calls when already on another call.
I've tried enabling the "Call waiting on" option under User>Telephony but I'm still not being offered the call if I'm on another one. Is this even possible?
