Hunt group calls eligible shortcode

Hey!

I have a customer who would like to be able to dial a short code, to enable and disable the "Hunt group calls eligible for mobile twinning" feature.

I cant seem to find a shortcode for this, nor a FNE code.

Does anybody know if its possible to do remotely? (Like from from a mobile phone, not a phonemanager of course)

Bugger... Okay let me just explain what the customer wants:

The customer wants to be able to (in the event of his IP phones not working) call to a number from his mobile, and then enable the calls going to his DDI number to be rerouted to his mobile. He is a mamber of a hunt group, and does NOT want to have the "hunt group calls eligible" enabled normally on his account. How would i get that scenario working?

Use "play configuration menu" in VMPro.

Or download the Remote Access Module from, then you can also turn twinning on/off.

If it's just calls to his DDI and not the group that he wants to activate why not just have him set unconditional forward on/off instead

Sorry, it is for the group calls obviously!

A way around it is to allow him to set that group into out of service and have an identical group as the fallback except instead if having his usual extn in there have another user that is permanantly twinned to his mobile
