Hunt Group Call Foward Follow Me?

Issue: We have a hunt group that is set to UCD-MIA however if the next person in line to take a call is not at their desk it will simply ring and ring.


Question: In a terminal hunt group how is Call Forward-Follow Me activated, so if someone is not at their desk the call is bypassed and the call automatically hunts to the next member.

For your issue train the users to push Aux or logout before they leave their desk.

If you are using the hunt group as a skill then there is no hunting to another agent. Please, send a picture of your hunt group so we can see what you are talking about.
