I have an NS700. SVM for night service. My customer wants incomming calls on the main number to go to voicemail after 5 rings.

Im unsure on how to program this.

i have tried:
- PBX Programming
- Group
- ICD Group
- Group settings - member list and adding 280 (my PS forwarded to 591)

when i dial 280 i get my message but incomming calls just ring out. it should ring 201 + 202 immediately then go to 280 but doesnt play the message
 
You have to put 280 in the first entry of the icd group and in group settings intercept at night to 591 after 20 seconds.
 
when i put 280 in as the first entry in the ICD group, do i make it Delayed ring at 5 rings then the users set to ring immediately?

i dont know what you mean when you say intercept at night. i dont see this setting on the Web Maintenance Console?
 
No delay ring on extensions.

Over flow no answer destination night and select time from drop down list, 10, 20 etc
