Is there a resource I can be pointed toward to make the hunt group distribute calls more evenly? Right now we have a hunt that is dumping the majority of calls onto one individual.

Hunt Group Call Distribution

Do "display hunt-group #" or "change hunt-group #" and look at the "Group-Type".
If it's "ddc", then it always gives calls to member number 1, if available, then member 2, and so on.
At the least you might be able to change it to "circ", which will attempt to send a call to each member before starting over. Better is ucd-mia, and several others.
Here's more information. If this link doesn't work, just go to "support.avaya.com" and search on "definity hunt group".
