hunt group call appearance

Hi Guys, probably something stupid I am missing here. Calls originally came into receptionist, if she was on a call and a second call came in it rang once and gave the little bell indication on the second CA. Changed things so that the receptionist is in a group by herself group, group then goes to AA in VMPro. As part of the group she still gets the indication of the call, but not the ring, and she really wants the one ring.

The reason for the switch to a group is to be able to put it out of service when they want it to go to AA. When it went straight to reception and then AA it was always after 6 rings whether DND was on or not. I would think its possible to make the call appearances ring the same whether in a group or not??
 
You will have to set the group to Group type ring and turn call waiting on the group and user. Turn off queuing on the group.

Not sure if this is what you are after but definately makes a second call ring once on the second call appearance.

Another option is to use soft console (licensed). It has options to play sounds when calls past certain thresholds like 1 or more calls in the queue or if a call has been waiting for longer than 10 seconds.
 
set the group over follow to an extn that has all of its calls forwarded to a short code that points to the vmpro module and that way you can turn on caller id and if she doesn't answer it will go to the module (backup attendant)
