I think I figured out how to setup a new hunt group in here: thread798-1465093. I appear to be equipped with PKG 120 and I believe that is all I need to make the hunt group happen.

What I am trying to figure out now is if I can delay an auto attendant answering and use a hunt group. What I currently have is ACD 4124 using NCFW to send the call directly to call pilot for the AA. What we want is to be able to have the opportunity to answer the call before it makes its way to the AA. So I am looking thru the prompts in the ACD. What I think I need to do is use the FRRT, SRRT and set the FRT. So the FRRT would be my hunt group. Then the SRRT would be call pilot and FRT would be used to tell it how long to ring at the FRRT before rolling over to the SRRT. Does this make sense? Does anyone have a better way? Thanks in advance!

If you want to answer the call first then you would just have the 4124 as an MCR/SCR on a set or sets and then that set has its FDN set to the Callpilot and CLS FNA. That way the call rings on the set(s) you assigned the number to and then follows the FDN of the MARP set to hit the AA.

If you want to stick with the ACD option you could add agents to the ACD (key x acd 4124 0 <pos id>) and then NCFW to callpilot. You could also setup a timed overflow on the ACD
