Is there any easy way to get callers in Queue to go back to the first Queued announcement after listening to the Still Queued Announcement. The only settings in IPO are to replay the second announcement after x amount of seconds.

No, the first announcement is meant as a welcome message and the second is the repeated "please hold" message.
With VM Pro there are possibilities to provide different messages in the still queued position depending on the position in the queue, the time spend in the queue or the ETA time.
