Hunt Group and CCR transfer

We have a new BCM and have setup a few Hunt Groups. We are trying to get the Hunt Group working in Broadcast mode, but only one phone rings at a time even though the group is set for Broadcast.

Also, we setup a CCR and would like the transfer type to give the caller a normal ring feedback instead of the occasional dual beep sound.

Can anyone provide guidance on these two items?

any phone set in the hunt group cannot have line appearances
remove the lines and it should work

the dual beep is the on hold
you can change it to silence or put music on

Take the lines away from the phone and assign them to the Huntgroup.

This way the hunt group controls the call pattern.

Also have you tried ringing the Huntgroup DN number( eg 461)hg1.
Dial this number and all the phones in the group should ring.
This way you know your hunt group works.
