Hunt doesn't work for 1 phone

Hi all,

I have two phones 1620 and 6702.

1620 should go to 6702 if not answered
6702 should go to 1620 if not answered.


1620 --> 6702 works (i.e if you don't pick up the call on 1620, it rings on 6702)

However, if you ring 6702, it keeps ringing like more than 15 times, then it goes somewhere, but since no-one is picking up, I can't tell where it goes...
But it's not going to 1620 like it should be doing...

Any clues as to why 6702 doesn't go to 1620?

Hmmm, I see now that EFD and EHT are missing in 6702...
Also in CLS I see HFD... that means that hunt is disabled right?

How do I change this to HTA? (also I see SFD instead of SFA, how do I change this as well

Just add CLS: FNA HTA to TN 016 1 08 04

I managed to do it in the MAT (call redirection classes of service).

Just need to figure out how to do it in the Terminal Emulation window (via LD20, then req: change, right?)
