Hung process.....

I have a Win 2k terminal server running Citrix Metframe XPe. One of the terminal servers has started having a hung process and stalling the server.. Load balancing stops etc.etc...
I can search (through task manager) to find the hung process.But so far have been unable to. Have had to reboot the server each time. Does ANYONE know of a utility that can run on or against the server to find the hung process???

Any help would be great. this is a medical 24/7 server. IM tired of waking up @ 0200 for this lol.
