Simple hunt group question I'm sure to the guru's out there. I have 3 phones in a hunt group lets say 4400 4401 4402 and the hunt group it 4403. I would like to make it so if I call any one of the phone in the hunt group directly the no answer option goes out ot the hunt group and after 20 sec or so go to a voicemailbox. Ext 4400 is the only one with a VM box. I have made it so if I call 4403 directly and it goes to voicemail it goes into the 4400 voicemail box which is what I want. My issue is that when I call a ext directly and it get fowarded to the hunt group it never goes to voicemail. I remember in the option 11c days there was a cls for second call forward. Not sure if there is any setting like that. Hope this made some sense. I'm running ip office 500 V7 with voicemail pro. There is no overflow either, just members of the huntgroup. I'm sure I can trick the system to go to and overflow with in turn goes to the voicemail system but figured there should be a better way.
